Susan Ritchheart directs our Children's Ministries.

She writes: "I was born in St. Joseph, Missouri and have lived here until I graduated out of the 8th grade. My family moved to Nebraska, then to California until we moved back to Missouri between my junior and senior years of high school. I have lived in Agency, Missouri since I married my husband, Gene in 1985. Gene and I have two sons, Adam and Nathan. We also have a granddaughter, Cali who parents are Adam and Amanda.

"I was saved at the age of 11 at Vacation Bible School. This is why I believe VBS is a very important outreach event for churches to reach children for Christ. My life has been truly blessed to have a wonderful church family at King Hill Baptist Church. I enjoy spending time with the many friends we have made here.

"I don't have a lot of time to read, but when I do, I read the Bible and some Christian magazines. I listen to Christian radio and CDs that are mostly praise and worship songs. In my spare time I like to camp, bike ride, sew and do flower and vegetable gardening. I also love to home-can foods from my garden."
